SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT OF NEA GERMANIKA LANGUAGE CENTRE
There are two main practices in business behaviour
One is that the organisation is merely an economic unit, created with the aim of profit and efficiency. As such, it should expend its energy and resources only towards this goal and comply with the established rules. As for solving the social problems of society, according to the supporters of this practice, this should be the responsibility of state and public bodies.
The second practice is the opposite of the first. According to it, the organisation is something more than that. It is part of society and its existence depends on it. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to balance its economic goals with the goals and interests of society. This can be achieved by directing part of its efforts and resources towards a policy of social engagement.
We at NEA GERMANIKA LANGUAGE CENTRE unequivocally choose the policy of socially responsible business behaviour towards society. In this regard, since 2017, NEA GERMANIKA LANGUAGE CENTRE has been implementing a number of social projects at the local level, combining its corporate values with the desire to be of benefit to society.
